In 2022, a collective of Travel agents from the northern districts of Kerala formed the Malabar Tourism Council (MTC) to harness the potential and elevate Malabar as a top-tier destination.
The Malabar region in Kerala has long been cherished by Travel Enthusiasts, and its residents frequently embark on global explorations. With its two international airports, awe-inspiring scenery, lively culture, and delectable cuisine, Malabar captivates visitors from both near & far.
Since its establishment, the MTC has grown into a robust association with over 200 committed members, encompassing tour operators, travel agencies, experience sellers, hotels, resorts, and hospitality providers.
In a brief span of 4 years, the MTC has garnered numerous accolades by actively engaging in events, arranging familiarization tours for its members, providing training to better their business opportunities, certification by nodal agencies, and introducing cutting-edge trends to strengthen the tourism industry.
